I’m cc’ing this message to Jill Bolster-White of Transitions/Mental Health Association, and from the sound of your story it seems likely that you know her, or at least the organization and the work that it does. In either case, please expect to hear from her soon as they begin their outreach to your neighborhood. I do believe that after you’ve had some time to learn more about the proposal, and after they have had a chance to listen and respond to your concerns, we will all have a better understanding of how to proceed.
